The NH-D12L chromax.black is an all-black version of Noctua's award-winning 120mm-class NH-D12L low-profile cooler, which is characterized by outstanding cooling performance and high case compatibility. With a height of only 145mm (13mm lower than the classic 120mm Noctua models), it fits into numerous 4U systems as well as narrower tower cases that were previously limited to solutions with 92mm fans. At the same time, thanks to its dual-tower design with five heatpipes and the trend-setting 120mm NF-A12x25r fan, it achieves a level of performance that surpasses many full-height 120mm models. Thanks to the single fan configuration and the asymmetrical design, the NH-D12L on AMD AM5/AM4 and Intel LGA1851/1700/1200 does not protrude over the memory slots and therefore offers 100% RAM compatibility.
